Technical data for integrated services on our website e.g. Google Maps, Google Analytics, facebook pixels etc.

Why is this technical data necessary for the functioning of our website?

Integration of services and contents of third party providers
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are included in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party provider") perceive the IP-address of the users. Without the IP-address, the third party provider could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP-address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to only use content, whose respective providers use the IP-address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we do not have any influence on whether the third party uses the IP-address e.g. for statistical purposes.
Why do we process your personal and contact data?
Your personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes, which are a form of profiling. The processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes is based on prevailing legitimate interests of the controller (like offering a better customer experience and improve our services) according to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. Because this form of profiling does not produce legal effects concerning our customers or similarly significantly affects them, there are no further actions like impact assessments necessary.
When contacting BlockExpo GmbH (via contact form, chat or e-mail), the details of the user are stored for the purpose of processing the request, as well as getting back to the user. Personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by BlockExpo GmbH, if this is permitted by law or if users consent to the data collection.
